WHO WE ARE

We are a family-owned company with over 45 years of experience in the rubber industry, built on three generations that stand for quality, innovation, and trust. We specialize in highly specified, custom-made products for diverse industries. We operate within an integrated ecosystem, our own plantations, a production plant in Guarne (Antioquia), and operations in Ecuador. We are driven by quality, technology, sustainability, and the well-being of the people who are part of this story.

WHAT WE DO

We design and manufacture technical rubber products from start to finish. We build custom molds to the client’s specifications, formulate compounds, injection mold or press, and validate in our laboratory. Our production chain allows us to ensure quality, performance, traceability, and reliable lead times for every client, from the initial prototype to stable, long-term production.

1978

We started in 1978 with a clear vision: doing things right from day one. That first injection machine marked the beginning of a culture of detail, reliability, and service that still sets us apart today. We don’t just manufacture parts; we build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Own rubber plantation

Having our own plantation gives us full control over our raw material: consistent quality, traceability, and availability. Since 2019 we’ve operated a processing plant at the plantation, which ensures latex/TSR is processed under ideal conditions for our compounds. The result: stable formulations, less variability, and products with predictable performance.

PLANT IN ECUADOR

In Ambato, Ecuador, we operate with injection capacity to serve that market with proximity and agility. Molds and compounds are developed in Colombia and supplied to Ecuador, combining standardization with local support. This translates into shorter response times, close after-sales service, and optimized logistics costs for our Ecuadorian customers.

Sustainability

Our environmental approach is practical and measurable: clean production, water treatment, circular economy practices, and photovoltaic energy that reduces our footprint. The plantation helps capture CO₂ and supports conservation; we also take part in regional initiatives that reward good environmental management. For us, sustainability means efficiency today and viability tomorrow.

Women’s leadership

We believe in talent without labels. A high percentage of our workforce is made up of women—many of them heads of household—who lead key processes in the plant, lab, and management. TIMELINE

1978

START OF OPERATIONS

We started with a single injection machine and one goal: to manufacture rubber parts with consistent quality. That entrepreneurial spirit still guides our decisions and the way we serve our customers.

1982

COMPANY INCORPORATION

We formalized the company and opened the door to new markets. We laid the foundations for corporate governance and processes that still support our stability and growth today.

2000

START OF RUBBER PLANTATION

We decided to integrate the chain from the source with our own plantation. This secured our raw material, improved traceability, and gave us a stronger base to innovate in rubber compounds.

2014

PLANT IN ECUADOR

We took a key step to be closer to our customers in Ecuador. Local operations improved delivery times, service, and competitiveness in that market.

2019

PROCESSING PLANT AT THE PLANTATION

We integrated natural rubber processing at the source. This increased the stability of our compounds and strengthened end-to-end traceability.

2025

NEW BRAND

We evolved our brand to reflect who we already are: a modern, approachable, and sustainable company, ready for the industry’s challenges and the level of service our customers expect.

Nosotros en Industrias CADI

Al principio, nosotros nos presentamos como una empresa colombiana que trabaja con soluciones de caucho desde 1978.

Con el tiempo, crecimos de un pequeño taller con una inyectora a una planta con más máquinas, más personas y mejores formas de trabajo.

Después de muchos años, seguimos cuidando cada pieza de caucho para que salga con la misma calidad en cada lote.

Cómo trabajamos nosotros

Hoy, el equipo diseña los moldes, prepara los compuestos e inyecta o prensa cada pieza dentro de nuestra propia planta.

Además, revisamos las piezas en el laboratorio con pruebas simples para comprobar que cumplen lo que cada cliente pide.

Gracias a ese control, nosotros podemos seguir el camino completo del producto y dar información clara sobre cada entrega.

Por otra parte, contamos con una plantación de caucho propia que nos da materia prima estable y lista para usar.

De esta manera, nosotros mantenemos la calidad del caucho y también probamos nuevas ideas de producto cuando el mercado lo pide.

Al mismo tiempo, cuidamos el entorno con acciones como producción más limpia, tratamiento de aguas, reciclaje y uso de energía solar.

Igualmente, participamos en programas de la región, entre ellos los que impulsa Cornare, que valoran el buen cuidado del ambiente.
